Swansea Community Grocery Manager

This is a fixed-term post for 8 months, with the possibility of extension subject to funding.

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused manager to lead our new Community Grocery in Swansea. You’ll oversee the daily running of the store, support and inspire volunteers, and build strong relationships within the local community. This is more than just a management role - it’s an opportunity to make a real difference, bringing hope, dignity, and practical support to those navigating the challenges of the cost-of-living crisis.
